Job summary

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager (M3) to lead and scale our Quality Engineering organization across commerce, data, and advertising systems. You will provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership to multiple teams, ensuring robust test automation and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

10+ years in software quality engineering or related field.
5+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations.
Experience scaling quality in cloud-native, high-scale environments.
Expertise in modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and QA trends.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple quality engineering teams and people leaders (managers/technical leads).
Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for quality engineering across the advertising platform.
Champion organizational transformation and adoption of best-in-class quality practices, metrics.
Set technical direction for large-scale test automation architectures and cloud-native solutions.
Ensure timely resolution and prevention of outages through postmortems and RCA.
Oversee governance, planning, and alignment of quality across product lines.
Build strong relationships with senior leadership across engineering, product, data science, and business teams.
