Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
5+ years managing managers or leading multi‑team organizations.
Proven track record scaling and transforming quality engineering functions.
Expertise in modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and emerging trends in software quality.
Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with security and performance tests for identity and access management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale multiple quality engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
Define the multi‑year vision and strategic roadmap for quality across platforms and products.
Champion organizational transformation with best‑in‑class practices, tools, and metrics at scale.
Set technical direction for large‑scale test automation, cloud‑native solutions, and intelligent testing initiatives.
Oversee governance, risk, and quality outcomes with cross‑functional executive partnerships.
