Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or related Engineering fields.
• Minimum 10 years aerospace quality engineering/assurance experience.
• Minimum 5 years management experience with proven track record.
• ASQ CQE/CQM/CQSSBB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of quality engineering personnel.
• Validate QA measures meet specifications for company and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and lead root cause/corrective actions.
• Provide engineering support to operations for consistent QA practices.
• Own and drive the Quality Management System and audits.
