Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Proprietary Managed Account Offers, to define product strategy and translate market insights into roadmaps. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence priorities, and drive growth for Schwab clients.

You will partner with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology to deliver meaningful outcomes in a dynamic environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product development, or offer management.
• Strong ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills across client needs, financial data, market trends, and business impact.
• Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills for evaluating tradeoffs, risks, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.
