Qualifications

• Masters / MBA degree (preferred).
• 6+ years of Project Management or Program Leadership experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of People Leadership or Organizational Development experience (preferred).
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• 1+ years of Design Thinking experience (preferred).
• Experience in developing or managing programs focused on personal growth, financial literacy (non-advisory), or life skills (preferred).
