Revlon is seeking a Sr Project Engineering Manager for an onsite role in Oxford, North Carolina. You will lead capital projects, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with R&D, marketing and packaging teams to launch manufacturing-friendly products.
Responsibilities include designing and installing equipment, testing at vendors, and managing cost timelines. Strong CAD and project management skills required; base pay ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, North Carolina office.
The Sr Project Engineering Manager leads assigned capital projects supporting manufacturing and engineering initiatives.
Shift hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
