Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Management & Project Controls organization across BVCC.
- Establish financial and operational strategies supporting portfolio planning and forecasting.
- Oversee estimating, scheduling, and project controls to improve visibility and planning.
- Own key tech platforms and data solutions; drive modernization and automation.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Labor Relations, Payroll, and IT.
- Provide leadership for workforce administration and sourcing functions.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.
