• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in project controls or construction operations.
• Experience leading multi-regional teams and large programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide project controls strategies, frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
• Oversee regional Project Controls Managers and ensure consistent execution across locations.
• Align project controls with business goals, financial targets, and risk management.
• Establish standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead project audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive innovation through AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, Finance, and Operations to integrate systems and improve performance.
• Mentor future leaders and lead enterprise training and change management initiatives.
• Represent the organization in client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
