Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to provide portfolio‑level oversight of project controls services. You will balance technical leadership with people leadership, client advisory support, and account participation.

Responsibilities include establishing delivery strategies, governance structures, mentoring managers and senior staff, and influencing staffing and delivery models while contributing to internal tools and process improvements.

• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.

• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.

• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.

Education/Experience/Training

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.

• Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.

• Thirteen or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.

• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.

• Advanced project controls skills.

• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.

• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.

• Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.

• Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 157,250.00 - $185,000.00
