Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Indianapolis seeks a Manager, Project Controls (Planning) to oversee project controls delivery across multiple projects. You will balance hands-on technical leadership with team oversight and client-facing delivery accountability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience and 2+ years in management; Master’s or certifications preferred. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client relations are essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred; Certifications preferred.
  • Ten or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience required.
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area.
  • Advanced project controls skills and expertise in cost and schedule management software.
  • Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
  • Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee schedule management across multiple projects.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 148,750.00 - $175,000.00
