Guide international supplier strategy for a growing company, btween! As Global Sourcing Manager, you’ll bring new and develop long-term supplier relationships while optimizing btween's international supply chain as our company continues to grow. The focus will be on girls' sets, dresses, separates, and boys' sets, both knit and woven, in the off-price market.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Product team in managing overseas vendor relationships and negotiations.
2. Research and source new overseas manufacturers.
3. Lead the development of all new fabrics, styles, and categories.
4. Work directly with outside vendors to oversee the product development pipeline.
5. Manage production planning and factory allocation.
6. Communicate daily with factories via email/telephone.
7. Oversee approval processes and deliveries.
8. Bring 5+ years of experience in sourcing products from overseas factories.
9. Possess general knowledge of garment construction.
10. Apply problem-solving skills and technical specification knowledge.
11. Ensure all garments are accurately communicated to vendors.
