Job summary

OU Health seeks a Manager of Process Improvement to lead enterprise improvement efforts across clinical and non-clinical domains. This role partners with executive leaders to embed sustainable performance improvements, deploying Lean management systems and ensuring KPI-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 5+ years in healthcare process improvement, and 3+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare process improvement experience.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing improvement initiatives and/or teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy into a prioritized Process Improvement portfolio.
• Oversee intake, scoping, resourcing and governance of initiatives.
• Align projects to KPIs, regulatory priorities, and performance gaps.
• Ensure measurable ROI across initiatives and sustainment of improvements.
• Develop capability in advanced improvement methodologies and management systems.
• Lead change management to embed improvements into daily operations.
