Job summary

SNI Financial in Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations for Private Credit to lead operational readiness and ongoing oversight of complex private credit funds and investment vehicles. You will oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and facilities.

You will build fund models, analytics, fee calculations, waterfalls, and reporting dashboards, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations and fund finance.
• Direct experience with direct lending and/or distressed credit investments.
• Strong understanding of evergreen fund structures, private credit vehicles, investor allocations, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and credit facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and ongoing oversight for complex private credit funds and investment vehicles.
• Manage cash forecasting, capital activity, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facilities, borrowing bases, and liquidity planning.
• Build and maintain fund models, projections, performance analytics, fee calculations, waterfalls, allocations, and reporting dashboards.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations on complex fund matters.
• Strengthen processes, controls, reconciliations, data governance, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting.
