Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to author original whitepapers, articles, and assets that convey BCE ideas clearly.
• Ability to adopt different tones in writing within the BCE voice.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, synthesize, and translate diverse information sources to develop actionable insights.
• Ability to conduct research and interviews to develop a compelling point of view.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Highly results-oriented with strong attention to quality and deadlines.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and understand dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, establishing a leadership voice in the industry for practice management.
• Design and implement scalable programs and processes ensuring quality and alignment across teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to reach advisors through webcasts, events, and workshops.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners to refine points of view and communicate BCE positions.
• Contribute to external media through bylined articles and speaking points.
