Job summary

Renesas is seeking a senior Module Product Engineering leader to drive advanced power modules from NPI to sustaining production. You will oversee a team of Product Engineers and Leads, shaping staffing, qualifications, and governance across Design, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing.

You will ensure manufacturability across OSAT and internal sites, lead executive-level escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, yield, and cycle time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor product engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading engineers and technical leaders across multiple workstreams.
• Strong depth in semiconductor power products, module assembly, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to set objectives, policies, and governance for technical teams.
• Data-driven decision making with risk and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Module Product Engineering function for advanced power modules from NPI through high-volume production.
• Manage and develop qualified Product Engineers and Embedded PE Leads to product delivery teams.
• Own workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the module PE team.
• Define and maintain module PE standards for readiness, manufacturability, and qualification.
