Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of experience with 5+ years in management, deep digital design knowledge, and experience across pre-/post-silicon activities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years total experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading teams through first-silicon bring-up, issue triage, and transition to production.
• Deep technical understanding of digital design, system architecture, power, timing, clocking, and HW-SW interactions.
• Experience with post-silicon debug, lab execution, data-driven issue management in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with AEC-Q100 or automotive qualification flows where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-silicon execution from first silicon power-on to production ramp.
• Coordinate across architecture, design, verification, firmware, software, boards, systems, and operations.
• Establish bring-up methodology, test planning, and lab readiness to improve speed and quality.
• Communicate readiness, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans to senior leadership.
