Our client, a leader in the Technical Services space, seeks a Senior Manager, Policy Programs & Partnerships to shape high-visibility policy programming and partnership strategy for policymakers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.

The role involves driving executive engagement at major global convenings, building relationships with external institutions, and coordinating with internal event partners to deliver polished, mission-aligned experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level event curation and hosting in policy or regulatory environments.
• Strong communication and meeting-facilitation skills.
• Ability to link corporate strategy with event execution.
• Detail-oriented with complex project coordination across teams.
• Familiarity with WEF and Davos; readiness for Davos 2027 responsibilities.
• Fluency in generative AI models and prompt development.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Policy Programs & Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will shape high-visibility policy programming and partnership strategy that brings together policymakers, industry leaders, and other influential stakeholders. The position will also help drive executive engagement at major global convenings while ensuring events and programming align with broader organizational goals. In addition, the role will build and sustain relationships with external institutions and coordinate closely with internal event partners to deliver polished, mission-aligned experiences.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $172,500 – $222,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's presence at key global gatherings shaping the future of money and policy
