Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6–8 years of management experience.
• 6+ years of dry etch process engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers responsible for plasma etch process development and customer demonstrations.
• Drive technical execution by establishing project strategies, managing priorities, and adapting plans to achieve technical and business objectives.
• Partner closely with customers, account teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver timely solutions.
• Leverage advanced analytics and AI to accelerate learning, and communicate project status, technical progress, risks, and recommendations to customers and executive audiences.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6–8 years of management experience
