Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Analysis to join our Palatka, FL Operations Finance team at the Palatka Paper Mill.

This role partners with mill leadership to translate financial performance into actionable decisions and drive value. You will forecast, analyze costs, support capital projects, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity and profitability across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, cost accounting, or related roles with ROI/IRR/variance concepts.
• Able to lead change and improve processes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience sourcing data from multiple systems and performing analysis.
• Strong communicator, able to present financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership, able to mentor team members.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted business partnering relationships with Palatka operations and leadership.
• Understand primary drivers of operations and their impact on cost and performance.
• Provide financial results, cost and variance analysis, and capital planning support.
• Perform bet tracking and performance analysis for operations.
• Benchmark against internal and industry data to identify improvements.
• Support short- and long-term strategic plans for the Palatka Mill.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting and annual planning, including P&L and balance sheet.
