Job summary

Georgia‑Pacific LLC seeks a Senior Analyst/Manager of Analysis to join the Dixie Operations Finance team at the Bowling Green, KY plant. You will partner with site leadership to identify cost drivers, drive value, and support strategic initiatives with disciplined analysis and strong follow-through.

The role requires on-site presence with occasional WFH flexibility and reports to the Director of Operations Finance in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, operations finance, or related roles.
• Analytical thinker with proactive approach to opportunities and risk.
• Ability to build relationships with operations leaders and act as trusted partner.
• Comfort challenging assumptions and voicing insights in group settings.
• Proficient in sourcing and analyzing large data volumes for practical solutions.
• Effective communicator of financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and finance to develop insights into cost and performance drivers for the Bowling Green site.
• Build trusted relationships with site leadership and identify opportunities, risks, and gaps with work plans to drive improvement.
• Support plans to improve production, spending efficiency, waste, labor productivity, and site performance.
• Support tracking and performance analysis to surface opportunities and emerging issues.
• Own financial planning, management reporting, and analytics for the manufacturing site.
• Advance economic thinking around capital and expense investments with the team.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting with clear points of view on performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Create leadership and ad-hoc presentations to support strategic initiatives.
• Speak up in forums to raise concerns and challenge status quo to improve results.
