Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks an experienced Manager of Analysis to join our Wauna OR Consumer Products Manufacturing facility in Clatskanie. You will provide actionable manufacturing analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering with operations teams to create value and close gaps.

You will mentor and share process improvements with analysts, drive operational improvements, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Experience with manufacturing finance and cost accounting preferred.
Strong Excel modeling and forecasting abilities.
Experience with data analysis/visualization tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Provide financial and economic decision-making support through results, cost and variance analysis.
Develop strong relationships with the operations team.
Understand drivers of operations and their impact on financial performance.
Contribute to monthly forecasting and annual planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements.
Partner with Accounting, Controls, Product Costing, and Commercial Finance.
Prepare and analyze product cost vs benchmarks.
Advance Principles-Based Management culture.
