Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in product management or technology leadership.
- 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
- Proven success taking technology products from concept to commercialization.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio investment priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
- Translate customer needs and emerging technologies into scalable, market-ready solutions.
- Partner with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership.
- Develop business cases, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth, adoption, and profitability.
- Establish strategic technology partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
