Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Physical AI Solutions to shape strategy across its AI-enabled portfolio. The role drives commercialization and growth, overseeing products that integrate AI, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, and advanced sensing to solve infrastructure inspection and asset management challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Robotics, GIS, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or solution development.
3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
Proven success taking technology products from concept to commercialization.
Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, robotics, or intelligent automation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio investment priorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
Drive product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
Translate customer needs and emerging technologies into scalable, market-ready solutions.
Partner with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership.
Develop business cases, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth, adoption, and profitability.
Establish strategic technology partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
