EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting programs. You will guide cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving long-range forecast development and scenario planning across therapeutic areas.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, AI, and innovative forecasting practices with a strong focus on delivery excellence and executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Experience leading forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Experience as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to drive innovation through analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and Portfolio Strategy teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
