ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its People Technology & Analytics function from the ground up. You will define the HR tech strategy, select and architect systems, and drive data-informed decision making across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in HR tech with leadership experience, hands-on expertise across HCM platforms, and a forward-looking view on AI in HR. You will partner with executive teams to enable talent acquisition, development, and workforce

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR tech, HRIS, and people analytics.
• 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with multiple HCM platforms and a strong point of view on AI in HR.
