About the role: The Senior Manager, People & Organization (“P&O”) – Greater New York leads the execution of core Human Resources processes within the Fashion boutiques in the market, as well as identifies opportunities for specific people strategies. The Senior Manager, People & Organization is a key business partner to the Boutique Leadership Teams (“BLT”) in the market, helping build their leadership skills and driving performance in a human driven way. Primarily based in the Saks New York boutique, the Senior Manager, P&O, will also support the Short Hills, Saks Greenwich, and Neiman Marcus Paramus boutiques. Our ideal candidate will be both hands on and strategic, drawing upon their passion for building relationships and experience in creating effective solutions while animating and bringing to life the priorities of the Business & People & Organization team within Fashion Retail

Manage and resolve employee relations issues in the market by conducting timely, effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Continuously build a knowledge of employment best practices, with specific knowledge of Federal/State employment application to include: business process, talent management and development, hiring, employee relations, policies, and procedures, change management, problem solving, meeting design, etc.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $140,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components will include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
