Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll experience in the US and Canada, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of US multi-state payroll tax and Canadian payroll compliance.
• Proven experience in managing RSU and equity payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full payroll cycle for US and Canadian employees.
• Manage payroll calendar and ensure data integrity.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll discrepancies.
