CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Payment Integrity COE rework and escalations. You will drive centralized intake, tracking, and resolution across diverse teams, ensuring timely ownership, dates, and escalation paths.

Build concise, decision-ready reporting and reduce avoidable rework. The role requires strong program leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication to align stakeholders and accelerate issue resolution.

Formación

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in program, project management, process improvement, audit, provider reimbursement, analytics.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trackers, action plans, dashboards, scorecards, executive summaries, and governance materials.
• Experience using data to identify trends, explain portfolio health, surface risk, and support prioritization and decision making.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead centralized portfolio management for rework and escalations with defined owners, dates, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions to clarify issues, scope, and decision needs across multiple teams and vendors.
• Develop dashboards and leadership updates with metrics on intake, aging, risk, and closure.
• Document root causes and corrective actions, pushing for sustainable fixes and standardized processes.
• Promote governance rhythm with templates, logs, and transparent reporting for accountability.
