Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Payment Integrity COE Rework & Escalations in Hartford, CT. The role leads cross‑functional coordination, tracking, and reporting to drive faster resolution of complex issues and reduce avoidable rework.

You will partner with multiple enterprise teams to establish end‑to‑end visibility, define priorities, and implement corrective actions that improve operational stability and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in program or project management, process improvement, analytics, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners and dependencies.
• Strong ability to build trackers, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Experience using data to identify trends and support prioritization decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to establish structure in ambiguous situations and escalate barriers appropriately.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, payment integrity, reimbursement, audit, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Own centralized portfolio management for rework items and escalations, including intake, prioritization, status, aging, risks, and closure.
• Maintain a trusted source of truth with defined owners, target dates, statuses, and escalation paths.
• Lead structured working sessions with business and technical partners to clarify issues and decisions.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and leadership updates for visibility of rework and escalation activity.
• Document root causes, corrective actions, and tracking through implementation and closure.
• Design governance cadences and maintain logs, templates, and templates for consistency.
