PayPal in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Senior Manager of Network Compliance and Payment Partner Oversight to lead 2LOD oversight of external partner compliance across payment networks and financial institutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Risk, manage due diligence and monitoring, and guide remediation strategies while scaling programs for a global payments platform.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a 2LOD or equivalent independent oversight role.
• Ability to translate complex compliance programs into compelling, executive-level narratives for partners, regulators, and internal leaders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as 2LOD oversight contact for external partner compliance, including inbound and outbound due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide independent oversight, approval and credible challenge to first-line activities related to payment network rules and regulatory obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Risk teams for alignment on compliance expectations and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional responses to partner, network, and regulatory information requests with Regulatory Compliance and Partnership Management teams.
• Oversee issue management related to partner and network compliance, including tracking, escalation, and remediation of material risks.
