PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager of Network Compliance and Payment Partner Oversight to lead the 2LOD program across global payment networks and financial institutions. You will deliver independent oversight, challenge, and governance to partner due diligence, network rules, and regulatory obligations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and Product to scale compliance programs, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional responses to information requests

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination.
• Experience in 2LOD or independent oversight role.
• Experience coordinating regulatory or partner information requests.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2LOD oversight for external partner compliance and due diligence.
• Provide independent oversight and credible challenge to 1LOD activities.
• Build relationships with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Legal, and Risk.
• Translate complex compliance programs into executive narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to information requests.
• Oversee issue management and remediation of material risks.
