Description

Senior Manager Patient Access

Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Access, the Senior Manager of Patient Engagement Center (PEC) Operations is responsible for administering the daily operations of the PEC and ensuring department goals and objectives are achieved, including providing high-level personalized customer service. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director of Enterprise Access and leaders across the system to strategize and implement new service offerings and scope. The Senior Manager is also responsible for motivating and developing staff, cultivating a positive team culture, and ensuring operational goals, productivity, efficiency metrics, and service levels are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Driving may be necessary; caregivers must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 8 years experience managing daily operations of contact centers, preferably in healthcare
  • 6 years experience managing teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and performance
  • 1 year experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment with evolving scope and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • 2 years experience with centralized scheduling and contact centers in healthcare
