Our National Tax Department (NTD) serves high-profile, national, and multinational clients, providing domestic and international transactional tax planning and advisory services. Our knowledge and experience enable us to help clients meet their business objectives responsibly and proactively, making a significant impact. You will be at the core of this mission.
Our Partnership Transactions Group (PTG) comprises professionals with tax expertise, industry experience, and capital markets knowledge. We combine tax partnership and financial instrument skills with economics, finance, and modeling expertise. This multidisciplinary approach helps evaluate risks and benefits from both economic and tax perspectives.
You will work in small teams on projects with internal or external clients, collaborating with national subject matter experts on complex partnership transactions. Responsibilities include understanding Subchapter K, partnership modeling, and joint venture structuring, as well as working with senior managers and partners on consulting projects, writing tax alerts, and teaching courses.

Our comprehensive compensation includes a salary range of $168,400 to $384,600 nationally, with higher ranges in select regions.
