We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Media Senior Manager to join our team and drive significant growth through strategic and innovative paid social campaigns.
What you’ll do:
The Paid Social Media Sr. Manager, will be a key leader within our marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our paid social media strategy across various platforms. This role will drive significant revenue and customer acquisition through the management of paid social campaigns, budget allocation, performance analysis, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the paid social landscape, a proven track record of delivering results, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving field.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, ad creative development, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize significantly paid social budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
  • Testing & Optimization: Implement rigorous testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize ad creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Broad Social Platform Expertise: Stay up to date on the latest paid social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., brand, content, SEO) to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work and meet performance expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in paid social media marketing, with a strong track record of success in managing large-scale campaigns.
  • 5+ years direct experience in a team lead/ leadership role, with proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams. (future state is this role will manage the Paid team)
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ad management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and measurement strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage significant budgets and deliver against KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CPL).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), spreadsheets, and data visualization tools
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding >$500K per month.
