  • Develop and mature scalable launch management practices for tiered product releases, covering planning, enablement, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Drive organizational readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other functions to ensure teams are prepared for product launches.
  • Oversee enablement and training programs that equip sales, support, implementation, and client success teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources required to drive adoption.
  • Establish frameworks for knowledge transfer and ongoing learning, using feedback, adoption metrics, and performance data to continuously improve programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market execution and maintain strong alignment between product strategies, launch plans, customer readiness, and business objectives.
  • Serve as a key escalation and communication point for senior leadership, providing visibility into launch progress, risks, obstacles, and outcomes.
  • Define and monitor launch-readiness milestones, assessments, resources, budgets, and timelines to keep complex initiatives on track.
  • Proactively identify launch risks and roadblocks, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and maintain momentum.
  • Own continuous improvement of launch processes, conducting post-launch retrospectives and incorporating lessons learned into future programs.
  • Build a high-performing team by providing coaching, development opportunities, appropriate resources, and clear expectations for execution and delivery.

This senior leadership role will shape how complex product launches are planned, enabled, and executed across a growing technology organization.
You will lead Enablement and Launch Management teams while building scalable practices that strengthen organizational readiness.
The role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other key functions.
You will translate product strategies into coordinated go-to-market execution, ensuring teams are equipped for successful launches.
A strong focus on risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement will help remove barriers and accelerate outcomes.
You will also develop a high-performing team and influence senior leaders through clear communication, data, and decisive action.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product operations, launch management, product management, or program management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full product launch lifecycle, from pre-launch planning and readiness through execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and related business functions.
  • Strong expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while removing obstacles that could affect launch timelines or outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities, timelines, resources, and competing business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build accountable, results-oriented teams and foster a culture focused on proactive problem-solving and execution.
  • Experience developing enablement programs, launch frameworks, or scalable operational processes is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and enablement or product operations tools is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $149,500–$213,600 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
