Qualifications

• CPA designation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements and managing teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with financial management systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client engagements, including monthly close and consulting projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Serve as a key client contact, building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor within budget.
• Prepare and present financial results and analyses to client management and committees.
• Oversee client invoicing processes, including review and coordination of collection follow-ups.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Assist with staffing, resource planning, and utilization management across engagements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
