Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager of Organizational Effectiveness to guide design, operating models, and capability development across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR leaders to align roadmaps, adoption plans, and measures with employee experience and strategic priorities. You’ll lead cross-functional workshops, drive governance for major transformations such as AI enablement, and ensure sustained value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Technology, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, capability development, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, or transformation.
• Experience enabling complex capability adoption including AI or digital transformation; senior stakeholder facilitation required.
• Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational design and operating model efforts aligned to strategy.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify gaps and design improvements.
• Establish measures, scorecards, and routines to assess organizational health and adoption.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to clarify roles and improve processes.
• Support program delivery for transformation initiatives and value realization.
