Job summary
Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & Engagement Strategy Oncology (Xaluritamig) to lead global and US scientific communications and HCP engagement plans. You will coordinate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial to ensure compliant, evidence-based messaging and content strategy across channels.
The role involves developing strategic briefs, reviewing medical materials, and enabling cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or equivalent with Medical/Scientific Affairs experience
- Masters degree with Medical/Scientific Affairs experience
- Bachelors degree with Medical/Scientific Affairs experience
- Associates degree with Medical/Scientific Affairs experience
- High school diploma with Medical/Scientific Affairs experience
Responsibilities
- Lead development and oversee global and US scientific communication and HCP engagement plans in partnership with product medical leads and field leaders
- Provide strategic review and oversee dissemination of scientific and medical materials
- Contribute to scientific programming at educational events and congresses
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact and efficiency
- Mentor Amgen Scientific Communications staff and manage external vendors and agencies
