AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager Process Excellence Lead to optimize Oncology Early Development processes across clinical operations, data management, statistics, programming and medical monitoring. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated industry; 6+ with Masters, 4+ with PhD (required).
• Strong background in process excellence, change management and governance.

Responsabilités

• Serves as process expert and owner of process health for Oncology Early Development (OED) Development Operations.
• Defines metrics and KPIs to measure process health and compliance; plans updates with leaders and function heads.
• Leads continuous process improvement and drives efficiency across business processes.
• Participates in teams to update SOPs, functional requirements, training materials and process design docs.
• Owns governance of OED operating models, process frameworks, and knowledge resources.
• Monitors performance metrics to demonstrate process effectiveness and drive enhancements.
• Upholds ethics, integrity and professional standards in all activities.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or regulated industry
