MTU Maintenance Fort Worth seeks a Senior Manager, On-Site Services to lead day-to-day OSS execution, workforce coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures safe, compliant maintenance activities across OSS operations while aligning with MTU’s IMS/RSQM framework.
You will direct OSS supervisors, develop technician training, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/aerospace/industrial engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in engine MRO operations with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of OEM manuals and regulatory compliance (FAA, EASA, AS9100).
Mansioni
- Oversee OSS maintenance activities to ensure safe, on-time execution.
- Lead OSS supervisors and coordination roles within OSS org.
- Develop training programs and manage technician certification.
- Manage budgets, cost projections, and investment plans for OSS.
- Drive standardization, process improvements, and continuous improvement.
