MTU Maintenance Fort Worth, part of MTU Aero Engines, is seeking a Senior Manager On-Site Services to lead day-to-day OSS activities, coordinate the workforce, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant execution of maintenance tasks. You will oversee OSS supervisors, develop technician training, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams.

A bachelor’s in engineering and 7+ years in engine MRO with leadership are required; experience with Lean, ERP, and

• 7+ years in engine MRO operations.
• Proven leadership in engine maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of OEM manuals and FAA/EASA/AS9100.
• Experience with Lean and process improvement.
• Proficiency in MRO software and ERP.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee OSS operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time maintenance execution.
• Adhere to OEM procedures, aviation regulations, and MTU IMS/RSQM requirements.
• Direct OSS supervisors and key coordination roles within OSS.
• Develop training programs for technicians and ensure certifications.
• Support workforce planning, shift models, training needs, and competence management.
• Foster strong safety culture and MTU values.
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering, quality, and planning teams.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Drive standardization, process confirmation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage tooling, inspections, calibration, and equipment documentation.
• Monitor cost, TAT, and budgets; lead investments for OSS.
• Lead, mentor, and develop OSS mechanics; represent MTU Fort Worth in the global OSS Network.
