Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager to support strategy and execution for the Private Markets Forge integration. You will help design the end-to-end experience for Retail and Advisor Services clients and partner with stakeholders to align systems and processes.

Reporting to the Director of Forge Integration, you will lead initiatives, define requirements, manage trade-offs, and champion client-first solutions across Schwab. This role is on-site in Westlake, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach.

The Forge Integration team

The Forge Integration team has a dual mandate: successfully integrate Forge into Schwab and help build the future of Schwab's private markets business. This includes aligning systems, processes, and teams across both firms while developing and supporting the products, platforms, and client experiences that will expand access to private markets for Schwab clients over time.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of the Forge Integration, the Senior Manager (individual contributor) will support the strategy and development and execution of the Private Markets offer and experiences supporting the integration.

Responsibilities

• Help design the Private Markets strategy, offer, and end-to-end experience for Retail and Advisor Services clients
• Help define the long-term vision for integrating Forge into our platform and digital channels, including a roadmap to get there, in partnership with key stakeholders at Schwab
• Stand up implementation programs to define requirements and facilitate delivery of the envisioned client experience, including working with relevant technology domains across the firm; engaging in discussions around trade-offs; and providing feedback to partners designing solutions
• Ensure that the experience that is ultimately delivered is in line with what the Retail and Advisor Services businesses envisioned

The Senior Manager will work as part of a small collaborative team. They will build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across Schwab's businesses. This individual must be a self-starter and a thought leader, approaching issues with a client-first mentality and leading stakeholders through structured decision-making processes. The individual must be able to cultivate strong partnerships and influence others outside their immediate team to execute decisions made.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience
• Bachelor's degree

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting information

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior integration experience
• Prior financial services industry experience
