Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a senior treasury leader to manage global corporate treasury operations from Santa Monica, CA or Chandler, AZ, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal and other teams to support scalable operations.

You will lead cash management, inter-company transactions, cash funding, forecasting, FX and payments; drive Kyriba implementation; oversee banking relationships and KYC/FBAR compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of treasury experience, preferably in a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and audit evidence.
• Experience leading large-scale treasury transformations and Kyriba implementations.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Snap’s global corporate treasury operations (cash management, inter-company, cash funding, cash flow forecasting, FX, payments).
• Drive and own Kyriba TMS implementation across modules (design, configuration, testing, go-live).
• Manage banking relationships and banking admin including KYC documentation and FBAR compliance.
• Lead execution of SOX treasury controls with evidence and audit support.
• Develop and coach a treasury team; foster excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax and Legal on inter-company transactions and capital allocations.
• Identify automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual work and improve control quality.

Job description

• The CFO Organization at Snap includes Accounting, Business Partner Finance, Business Planning & Operations, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Partnerships & Strategy, Tax, and Treasury teams
• Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations
• As a senior leader on the Treasury team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling Snap’s global treasury operations. Working from our Santa Monica, CA or Chandler, AZ office, you will collaborate with global teams and partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and other business teams to support the company’s operations at scale
• Lead and manage Snap’s global corporate treasury operations across a complete range of Treasury activities (cash management, inter-company transactions, cash funding, cash flow forecasting, FX and payments)
• Drive and own key workstreams within the Kyriba Treasury Management System implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities across cash management, financial transactions, payments, reporting, and accounting modules
• Manage banking relationships and oversee bank account administration including KYC documentation, authorized signatory updates, FBAR reporting and compliance with regulatory and banking requirements
• Lead the execution of SOX treasury controls, ensuring timely completion of evidence, documentation, and audit support for all Treasury business process and IT controls
• Support and develop a team of treasury professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Legal to support inter-company transactions, capital allocations, share buybacks, inter-company loans, and other treasury operations projects
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across treasury operations, including automation and AI-driven enhancements that reduce manual effort and increase control quality
