Parking Veterans Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Parking Services to oversee valet operations across eight VAMC sites in OH, WV, NC, KY, and FL, with travel required. This role also leads business development, crafting bids and expanding national contracts while managing budgets and staffing plans.

You will report to the CEO, mentor site managers, and drive safety, service quality, and ethical leadership within a multi-site healthcare valet program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in parking, healthcare valet services, or federal contracting.
• Experience in business development, sales, or federal RFP contract acquisition.
• Knowledge of Service Contract Act wage determinations, labor standards, and federal contractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day valet operations across 8 regional VAMC sites.
• Source, bid on, and win new commercial and government parking contracts nationwide.
• Conduct site audits, build staffing plans, and draft costed operational strategies for RFPs.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital leadership and VA CORs.
• Manage divisional budgets, labor efficiency, and direct operating costs to maximize margins.
• Mentor site managers and teams to uphold safety, service quality, and ethical standards.
• Travel regionally and nationally (10%–30%) for audits, support, and pitches.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees valet parking operations across eight (8) VAMC facility locations in Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Florida.In addition to operational management, this position serves as the expansion lead for our parking division. You will identify procurement opportunities, develop operational bid models, and win new parking contracts nationwide. Successful portfolio expansion offers a direct path to Director of Parking Services.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day valet operations, quality control, customer service, and safety compliance across 8 regional VAMC sites.Business Development: Sourcing, bidding on, and winning new commercial and government parking contracts nationally.Operational Modeling: Conduct site audits, build staffing plans, determine direct costs, and draft operational strategies for competitive RFPs.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with hospital leadership and Department of Veterans Affairs Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).Financial Stewardship: Manage divisional budgets, site labor efficiency, and direct operating costs to maximize contribution margins.Team Leadership: Mentor site managers and team members, supporting a culture of safety, grace, respect, and high operational standards.Travel: Regional and national travel (10%–30%) for site quality audits, operational support, and client pitches.Compensation & Executive IncentivesBase Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (Senior Manager tier), progressing to $100,000 – $130,000+ upon promotion to Director.Tier 1 Growth Commission (10% Net Operating Profit): Earn 10% of net operating profit for the life of awarded contracts where you lead operational modeling, pricing, proposal development, and acquisition.Tier 2 Lead Commission (5% Net Operating Profit): Earn 5% of net operating profit for sourcing qualified opportunities and facilitating executive introductions.Performance Hurdle: Commission applies to contracts achieving a monthly Net Operating Profit meeting or exceeding $2,500/mo or 10% NOP.Divisional Profit Bonus (up to 25%): Annual bonus target of 25% if divisional net operating profit exceeds $500,000.Benefits: Medical, retirement, paid time off, holiday pay, and Marketplace Chaplain support services.Parking Veterans Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and Federal Contractor utilizing E-Verify.
