We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Events in the United States.

We seek a strategic and creative events professional to lead impactful experiences that bring people together and drive revenue. As the Senior Manager of Events, you will oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, field events, and experiential activations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure each event aligns with business goals—attracting prospects, deepening customer relationships, and creating memorable brand moments. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a keen eye for detail, and are always seeking to innovate and elevate attendee experiences.

Accountabilities:
  1. Lead the execution of the company's event strategy across field events, trade shows, and conferences.
  2. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up.
  3. Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and budget tracking.
  4. Develop and implement campaigns with the Marketing team to maximize engagement.
  5. Measure and analyze event success using metrics like pipeline generated, attendance, and ROI.
  6. Ensure accurate attribution tracking and reporting on event outcomes.
  7. Continuously improve event experiences based on performance insights and feedback.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing events, preferably in SaaS or tech industries.
  2. Proven track record managing both large-scale trade shows and smaller, targeted field events.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  4. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  6. Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite is a plus.
  7. Creative, results-driven mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
