Job summary

Cambia’s Network Innovations team is hiring an Assistant Director to lead provider partnerships and value-based care initiatives across markets. You will oversee APM programs, drive strategic projects, and translate data insights into executive-ready communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7 years of experience working with senior management on strategic healthcare initiatives.
• Experience with value-based provider payment methodologies and program development.

Responsibilities

• Represent Network Innovations in internal and external forums.
• Develop and communicate objectives for APM development and implementation.
• Lead and manage a direct or virtual team across locations.
• Provide thought leadership and analytical thinking for growth strategies.
