Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, a leader in value-based care, seeks an Assistant Director, Network Innovations Programs to guide provider partnerships and APM initiatives. You will partner with VP leadership to develop, execute, and track strategies across markets, driving data-informed decisions and executive communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
7 years of experience with senior management to identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives in healthcare.
Experience with value-based provider payment methodologies and program development.

Responsibilities

Represent Network Innovations in internal and external forums.
Provide thought leadership and develop foundational APM program and growth strategies.
Set objectives, track results within budget and defined scope.
Escalate risks and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues.
Lead direct and/or virtual team members.
