Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, NAM Inventory & Repair to lead regional inventory management, depot repair operations, asset management, and technical support across North America. The role drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and contractual performance while supporting a scalable Global Services operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of experience in inventory, depot repair, logistics, or related operations.
• Ability to manage repair operations against contractual turnaround times and KPIs.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management, depot repair, and related support across regional programs.
• Forecast repair demand, capacity, and asset lifecycle analytics.
• Align inventory, repair, and deployment strategies with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee inventory control, depot repair, shipping/receiving, RMA, and data accuracy.
• Coach and manage managers, supervisors, technicians, and operations staff.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
