Qualifications

• 5+ years leading engineering or data science teams, including managers, while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead Motorsports Data Infrastructure and Data Science managers and their teams.
• Architect pipelines and platforms across telemetry, models, and strategy tools.
• Hands-on senior technical lead: review code, set architecture, and tackle critical issues.
