You will lead the Model Contracts team and partner with Legal, Network Management, Contracting, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure templates are compliant and operationally usable. Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of experience in health plan operations, provider contracting, network management, or related fields.
• Requires 4 years of prior people management experience with direct responsibility for supervising, coaching, and evaluating direct reports.
• Advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MPH, MHA).
• Requires excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and document organization skills, with the ability to convert complex requirements into clear and consistent contract language.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize standardized contract templates, exhibits, amendments, and related documentation.
• Lead the Model Contracts team and supervise Contract Specialists.
• Collaborate with Legal, Network Management, Contracting, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure clarity and compliance of templates.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders to align templates with business objectives.
